Our returns policy in a nutshell:

  • You have time to decide with 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from splosh.com.au or splosh.co.nz can be returned to Splosh.
  • We accept “Change of mind” returns if the item is safely returned in its original packaging.
  • Once your return is processed, you will be offered a refund or store credit via email.
